B, am happy to "see" you! C, here's the recipe, my friend first enjoyed this dish during her trip to South Africa. I'm SURE it was invented in Greece, but... :) Super easy.

KARPOUZI ME FETA

Watermelon (1-1 1/2" cubes)
Chunks of feta (see photo for ratio)
Red onion (slice very thin)
Pistachios (used whole but could be chopped)

Drizzle with balsamic vinegar
