I love vegetables. I don't eat them nearly enough, especially in the quantity that "they" recommend. What is it now, 5-8 servings a day? I do believe I would eat more if they were on display like these that I saw at the Nishiki Market in Kyoto. An absolutely amazing place. Senses go into absolute overdrive. Visually stimulating, not to mention the best donuts (soy donuts) I've ever had. Doesn't that make them practically a vegetable? 1 serving down, 7 to go!
